189- Emerald kid has been beat by Abbeville's backup 89, Frady at Palmetto quit, so that leaves Henry at Woodruff at #1 and Holliday at 189 in top 4 or so. Abbeville's Andrew Osborne at 215 in the top 5 or so, Holliday's step-brother. Hewell from Crescent 189 should make some noise also.

Moten barely got past the first Hanahan heavyweight, and couldn't get past the 2nd at all. How di you expect him to win state?

BUT LET'S REMEMBER... MOTEN'S POSTANDCOURIER ARTICLE.. HE WAS HURT IN THAT FAMILY CAR ACCIDENT WITH HIS PARENT, NOT TO MAKE ANY EXCUSE BUT THE KID WAS WEARIN WRAPS AROUND HIS FRACTURED RIBS.. BUT IM A FAN OF SUMMERVILLE, GOOSE CREEK, AND BURKE I ATTEND ALL THEIR MATCH.. MOTEN HAS BEAT HANNAHAN'S FIRST HEAVY 6 TIMES THROUGHOUT HIGH SCHOOL, AN HE HAS BEAT TREY FARLEY 6 TIMES THROUGHOUT HIGH SCHOOL OUT OF THE 8 TIMES THEY MATCHED UP.. AN HE KNOCKED TREY FARLEY OUT OF THE WINNING BRACKET AT LOWERSTATE IN 46 SECONDS.. NOT TO MENTION THE TWO TIMES HE'S LOST TO TREY FARLEY HAVE BEEN 1 POINT DECISIONS... AT THE END OF THE DAY MOTEN IS A FIERCE WRESTLER.. WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY HE'S HEADED TO OAKLAHOMA FOR WRESTLING AN THE FARLEY KID IS HEADED TO TRIDENT TECH.

Whoa, hold up. I wrestle for Hanahan, and Moten has only beaten me 4 times.
Sophomore year, 1st match I got pinned.
Same year, Hawk Invitational, he beat me by a takedown.
Junior year, we wrestled heavyweight. At 220, I'm a pretty small heavyweight. He choked me half of the match, and actually ended up concussing me.
This year, heavyweight again. Again 223, small for a heavyweight. I ran all over him 1st period! I would have won that match, but I couldn't. He injured my ankle by driving his knee into it and putting all of his weight on it when we started the 2nd period. Great way to keep me from standing up, if that's the way you like to "wrestle".

I don't like to make excuse, but I caneat Moten, and would love another match.

As for 6 times against Farley? No. He was 15 our Sophomore year, so he didn't wrestle Farley.
He beat Trey once last year,maybe twice. And they've only wrestled once this year. You should really learn what you're talking about before you decide to post crap about some kid you like because of football.

Before you continue to lie about going to school in "Oaklahoma," you may want to do a few things:
1-Check your nose before you trip over it Pinnochio.
2-Be able to win a tournament.
3-Have the sand to wrestle an entire match without either giving up or dieing.
4-Learn how to spell Oklahoma.

Wrestling. 1 derek g. 2 he is friends and wrestled with Sammie Henson in college. that is how derek got noticed there. good luck posting anything that people will believe now.

WRESTLERGURU51- Moten and the hanahan heavyweight have only wrestled 3 times in the last 2 years....i have no idea where your getting your lies from but just to clear things up.... last year at hawk inv. Hanahans heavyweight beat Moten by one...not so sure of the exact score but i dont want to "lie" about it. then yes Moten beat the Hanahan kid at lower state, he got stuck, everyone does. then this year at Hawk inv. Hanahan beats moten again 5-0 no problem, i mean if your going to cry about the ribs then fine dont come out on the mat to begin with, quit making excusses on why you lost. Hanahan and moten have wrestled three times not 8 so get your facts straight and come ready to wrestle next time....no excuses.
