At 119,
I would take Whitfield over Alley in a tight one unless Rankin goes down there. Then he would be my pick. Heirs and Uc-Tun are also very solid.
At 127,
I would take Wolfe, then Rankin if he is there. There are other good kids there too (Bianco, Phillips, Walling, Moore), but those two stand out to me.
If you are worried about 127, test the waters against Wolfe when/if you and Hanahan meet up in the lowerstate Dual meet. He should be at 127 then. That would be a good match for both of you.
