Upper/Lower Individual Tourneys

Does anyone know where I can find a complete list for the division of upper and lower state for individuals? I heard there were twenty two teams in the upstate this year.

Abbeville, Cresent, Liberty, Walhalla, Pendleton, Emerald, Broome, Woodruff, Chesnee, Palmetto, Newberry,Gilbert, Mid Carolina, Central,96, Landrum, Christ Church, Ware Shoals, Whitmire, Columbia, Eau Claire, Keenan, Inother words: from AA, regions 1, ,2, 3, 4, and reg 1, 2, 3, from A.

Chesterfeild, Indian Land, Buford, HKT,and Fox Creek are all moved to the lower state to balence out the numbers.

Fox Creek was in the Upperstate last year I believe....came in with inflated records and poor performances.
