Oct.16 Free wrestling clinic

On Oct.16 Team Palmetto is sponsoring a free wrestling clinic @ Team Bears new facility (800 Hamby rd. Belton, SC) from 9am till Noon. Th clinic will be focusing on good drill techniques. On stance,motion,hand fighting,takedowns,counters,finishes,bottom,top and some good scramble wrestling drills. There will be a different Coach for each hour, 3 coaches in 3 hours. Must have current Nuway card to attend. This clinic is geared for all ages that are serious about their wrestling. All coaches and wrestlers are invited. This will be a great opportunity to knock the dust off your wrestling shoes and the moths from your head gear.

Is this clinic going to be geared for HS/MS or just elem?

The clinic is for all serious wrestlers. I hope HS,MS and ES wrestlers come it will be a good clinic.
