Who is going?

Remember last year it filled up in 40 hours.

we started conditioning last week. I am pleased to say we are featured on the front page of flowrestling.

I know if Ian, Matt, Elijah, and Tyler that are going. They have all trained pretty hard during the offseason. We have just started into our conditioning phase that will be documented on our blog.

I highly advise the tire drag (seen on our August 9 video) as a weekly preseason workout to condition your legs. Our kids will do this every Sunday until the S32....its is the most painful 1/2 of my life. Before we made our kids start it I decided to try it and was puking everywhere during the workout. We are on the mat only twice per week right now but we have some killer lifting and running sessions right now.

I should be taking Geiges, P. Mestrez, Wolfe, Hancock, J. J. Johnson, & Nick Thompson. MAybe a couple of others.
We'll see who else puts in the effort to get ready.

It would be nice to get a list of all the kids going so as to keep track of how everyone does.
