2A to 1A: Abbeville, Burke
1A to 2A: Buford, Indian Land, Academic Magnet
3a to 2A: Swansea, Lake City
2a to 3a: Walhalla (West Oaks is staying 3A)
4a to 3A: South Pointe, Fort Mill
3a to 4A: Lugoff

this is speculation but it makes for interesting conversation.
